Return Policy strives to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible that is why we're proud to offer 30-day Replacement Warranty against all manufacturing defects with round-the-clock customer support.

General Return & Exchange Information
Any return must be in resellable condition. You may return your ordered product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement given the reason stated below.
- Product damaged or defective
- Item not received
- Product is missing parts/accessories
- Product is not as described on website

**Buyer pays return shipping cost. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost but the initial shipping fees are not reimbursable.

Restocking Fees 
Other return reasons will be charged with 15% restocking fee for re-packing of merchandise, warehouse management cost, shipping and handling cost. Below are examples:
- Accidentally ordered the wrong item
- Ordered wrong style/size/color
- Product does not meet customer expectations
- Other Buyers’ Remorse
 **Buyer pays return shipping cost. Initial shipping fees are also not reimbursable.


All approved returns can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase with approximately 7-10 days from receiving your return. However, refunds may take longer than that if there is no return ticket number. All returns and exchanges will be credited less restocking and shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. An additional of 25% package fee will be charged if the package is not complete or resellable. 

Our credit department processes returns and issues credit once a week and if your item isn’t received by that time it will not be processed until the following week. If you have not received a credit and it is been longer than 14 days, please give us a call at 704-527-2626.


Items or product that has been installed is no longer acceptable for return. After warehouse inspection, if the returned item shows any sign of installation, Kitchen Zip may have the right to refuse refund.

Also, custom and personalized orders made especially are non-returnable. Special orders marked "No Return" in the invoice are non-returnable.

Refused Orders

If a customer refuses goods that were to be delivered to them without going through our return process to receive a return ticket number, then the customer will be responsible for ALL return shipping charges including original shipping fees.
